Can i get a clear definition on the silly rule?

I do not know the thread in question but do think the site is more pure than any that have been viewed by me.Like a foul in a court of play either let it go or McEnroe-it , I give the site 50 mulligans they deserve them.

Oh, the thread about bad suppliers on this forum. Disheartening, I thought better of ECF.

Silly rule=do no say anything negative about suppliers that pay ECF

I for sure didnt want to start a flame or hate thread or anything by starting this thread. I just wanted to know what was so silly as to not make the mistake myself. The moderator was well within the rules of this forum on what he did and really thats all that matters. They are the same rules we all had to agree to when joining. I respectfully ask that this thread be closed/ deleted as my question has been answered . Thanks
