Hi, Im just wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to buy fluxomisers in the uk.
I have some bud tank attomizers at the moment and I love them because I can see what juice is in there and they do taste better than regular cartos. The only problem is that on the standard 510 which I use when I'm out I would rather have something darker instead of clear. The fluxomisers do a smokey black which look really good. To order from the us will cost quite a bit though with postage.

As far as I can tell fluxomizers are proprietary to Gotvapes. Not to be confused with smokeymizers which are IMHO crap. So I believe you can only get the from the U.S.. Total from the website for one package of 5 fluxos + shipping to UK is 11.40 GBP or $18.06 U.S. or $3.61 each. For the U.S. purchase total is $13.83 for $2.77 each a difference of only $0.84 each. Not a bad price really considering I am going on 5 weeks with the same fluxo cleaning it once a week. The wicks are starting to fray but if it lasts one more week that is an average cost of $0.46 a week per fluxo and nothing else I have tried works half as well and nowhere near as long as these fluxos. Sign up for the news letter and you get an additional 5% off.

Does the riva cone fit over them do you know?
Not the newer smoked / frosted plastic. I saw in a video they put a cone on one, but every single one I have is clearly too wide for my cone to fit.

If you want a cone to fit i suggest getting the metal CE2's. Yeah they might not be see through, but it's really not that huge a deal. What's nice about the metal ones is they do not leak ever. The ones with clear shell tended to seep, the ones with the smoked / frosted shell are much better and most don't seep but I had 1 or 2 that did.

How can you tell how much juice is left in the metal ones? Is it easy to just take the cap off and have a look?

You can't, and taking the cap off wouldn't let you see much of anything. You know when you need to refill though.

Ok I might sound a bit stupid here but if you run out of juice on normal cartos you can burn them and they are ruined, is that right? So if you run out of juice in a ce2 will these burn as well or are they ok because they don't have the filler in them? And will the flavour just disappear if you run out?

They won't be ruined if used without juice, there's no material that can permanently burn on these. You can clean them to nearly like new condition numerous times by doing a dry burn. Dry burn = remove plugs, rinse, burn it till the coil is red hot and smoke stops you're left with a like new CE2. You should do this on new CE2's to avoid any foul taste from any primer that might be in them.

You'll know when you get a dry hit just like with a regular carto it will be harsh and not so pleasant. Towards the end the flavor diminishes, after a while you can spot that point before even getting a dry hit.

So instead of topping these up you just use them until they run out then fill again? Or do you need to clean it before refilling?
Yup, and they stay pretty consistent the entire time. Sometimes I get a dry hit look through the smoked fluxo and it's bone dry. Sometimes there's a bit left in there. The XL's I find have some wicking problems once it gets down to 1/3rd filled so I stick with the standard size.
Cleaning depends a lot on juice. Clean juices (Halo) I can vape for an entire week on a single ce2 before cleaning. I use about 2ml's / day. Juices with more contaminants (extracted tobacco from Vaperite) may need dry burns as often as every other fill, which does get annoying.
