In my experience (which is not much) my coolest attys/pvs give the most flavor/aroma out of juices in general.
You could also add more flavoring and/or more sweetness (with splendex/sucralose or for a more burnt sugar caramelly sweetness cotton candy flavoring or ethyl maltol, in liquid form in 10% dilution which the flavoring already is). OneStopDIYShop sells 3 brands of flavorings. Loranns seem hardest to get good results with but they have plenty of perfumer's apprentice flavorings for $1.50 or so apiece. The full selection is available at the perfumer's apprentice site.
Are you remembering to smell the fresh vapor? An ecig isn't going to blow it all over you like a cig does - you have to remember to let your nose have some. Many eliquids have little actual flavor since the tongue can only sense sweet, salty, bitter, sour, umami (MSG). The rest of flavor is aroma (and sight and texture which we have with foods but not vapor). For sweet or sweet/sour eliquid flavors you should also get a light sensation of sweetness or sweet/tart on the tongue.
