Can I just add flavouring to this?

Okay so when searching around for a nicotine base to add to my 0mg nicotine ejuice.. I came across this website..
Offers 50/50 (VG/PG) 100ml of 12mg nicotine eliquid, unflavoured, for only £5.40?

Am I reading this wrong or is that literally purely a base and all I need to do is add flavouring and vape away? If so that sounds really cheap!

Alright that's awesome.. Might consider buying one of those and some flavouring.. much cheaper than my other methods currently, until I can get my hands on nicotine base liquid! Thanks!

You are absolutely right, that is all you need. Just realize that if you intend to have a 12mg ejuice, you will not achieve this by starting out with a 12mg base. You would need to start higher, maybe 18mg, and use 66% base to 33% other (pg/vg and flavoring). Good luck
