Can I LR Cisco 306 at 5 Volts?

On devices such as the Provari, there is an amperage limiting circuit built into the device so it will shut down. On devices with no such limiters there's every chance that an LR will pop at voltages higher than 4-ish.

(the statement above is based on both theory and my own stupidity of mixing up my LR and standard attys --- POP!)

Yeah, expect the Cisco to die almost immediately and consider yourself luck if you don't. As much as I love Ciscos, they can be pretty fragile with a sudden increase in voltage. I had one (which admittedly was a little on the dry side) pop and die when I moved it from a dying Riva battery to a charged one, and that was a 2.0 ohm.

One atomizer I strongly suggest you try on your BK is a standard resistance Joye 510 (roughly 2.3 ohm). The BK hits like a friggin' tank with that atomizer. Just keep it wet though as 2.3 is a bit on the low side for 5V so it may not last more than a few days if you vape it dry too much.
