Sugar will mess up your atty. The sweeteners used in e-juice are sucralose and/or ethyl maltol.

You can put just about Anything in e-liquid.

But if you want to vape it after I Wouldn't put any Table Sugar in an e-Liquid.

Just joking with you.

If you want, you can buy Cinnamon Flavoring most places that sell DIY or Pre-Made e-Liquids.

Then you could add a Drop or Two to the e-Liquids you already have.
