It's not additive, it's a weighted average (amount of each strength x strength divided by total final amount). If you have 1 ml of 24 mg juice, and add 1 ml of 8 mg juice, you have 2 ml of (1x24 + 1x8)/(1+1) = 16 mg/ml juice.

If you have one ml of 0 mg liquid and 2 ml of 24 mg liquid, you would have (1+2) = 3 ml of (1x0 + 2x24)/(1 + 2) = 16 mg/ml liquid.

If the cartomizer is full, you'll need to get the juice out before you can add more. They only hold about 1 milliliter of juice on average, so a full one has that much in it. You'll need to either vape them until empty or flush them out and dry them before you can add more juice, especially if you are trying to get rid of the tobacco flavoring. You can use hot water or grain alcohol like Everclear to flush out the original juice. Some people say a turkey baster will fit on some cartomizers, and you can use that to draw the liquid in and out to flush out the juice. Or an infant's liquid medicine syringe also works when you fit the rubber cone over the cartomizer.

Once you've flushed them out, you'll need to dry them inside. Use the syringe or baster or whatever to blast as much air as possible through them, then put them out in the sun, in front of a fan, or in a warm spot. I've heard putting the oven on it's lowest setting, then turning it off when it's warm, then put the cartos on a cookie sheet or something for awhile, making sure it's not hot enough to melt the cartos!!

I second srcowell. If the cartos are already full, you need to empty them. You can vape them empty, but if you don't like the flavor I wouldn't really call that a valid option.

I boil my cartos, blow out the excess water, and then let them dry for an hour or two before refilling. So far I've been able to successfully remove not-so-great flavors using this method. Just don't inhale the fumes from the boiling water :).

I just tried it and, I like the tobacco flavor, I didn't think I would but it taste a lot better than a plain analog. The scent reminds me of a pipe too and I really like it. The juice I put in has disappeared, I tasted and smelled it at first but it's gone now.

Problem solved, I'm just going to vape the tobacco flavor since it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Thanks everyone!
