Can I rinse out a crown 7 cartridge with water?

I want to know if it is going to wreck it. I need to do this because the damn people gave me high nicotine and I want to rinse it out completely somehow.... So I can put my new low nicotine e-liquid in? Any suggestions thanks btw there is the cotton stuff in it and the wick fyi

your best way to clean it out is to do a reverse taryn spin

This way cleans it out better than trying to rinse it out

I used an old 10ml juice bottle, some wire, some paper towel and a shoelace

other options is cut a finger off of an old pair of gloves
