You should be alright as long as the resistance of your coils reaches over 1.0 ohms (just checked it, minimum resistance is 1.0 ohms). It might look wonky as most rebuildable atomizers have at least a diameter of 22mm.
Sure you just have to make sure you build the coils to a high enough resistance. What is your nauti running like 1.6 or some thing higher? Then just build using like 30;g wire for the same thing ( just an example)

Yes you can use an RDA/RTA on your battery as long as your build is 1.0 ohm or higher. Your battery will not fire a coil less than 1 ohm.
If you get into rebuilding make sure you purchase an ohm reader so you can check your build before putting it on your battery and firing it.

Ok maybe not lol just seen this thing is 20mm so it won't look weird ah my bad. Might I recommend a derringer RDA if your in the market for one? Nice small RDA that will perfectly fit any coils you build 1.0+ ohms.
My nautilus is currently a 1.8 ato. but i know there are 1.6 ones out there
Yea derringer is a nice flavor atty, the 1.6 was just for example. Like they said stay above 1 your fine.
