Can I use volcano magnum parts on a ego twist?

I am a new guy here and recieved a volcano magnum from a friend that was not using it. I am looking at getting an ego twist and was wondering if I can use the atomizers, cartomizers and other parts on the ego twist?

I tried to search for any answers but could not find a direct answers

I have the inferno and bought the twist, I have used all the parts on it and had no problems. Also there are adapters out there to fit products. I am new at this also but I did not have a problem using the parts from my inferno.

I think the inferno is a lot different than the magnum but I am new and not 100% on that
