I have an ego twist vv that I really like, I have been trying to use it with what I believe are ce5 clearomizers.
They only seem to work if they are screwed on a specific amount, then they seem to work. If not screwed on the perfect amount the battery blinks four times, which I gather is a short?? I have tried adjusting the posts, but it doesn't seem to do much, maybe I am doing it wrong.
Any suggestions would be awesome.
They seem to work perfectly on my volcano inferno battery.

I don't use clearos at all but will ask what voltage you are setting your twist to and what ohms your clearos are. If your voltage is high and the resistance is low, you may simply be setting your device up at too high a voltage for your clearo. This happens on my vv device if I use 1.5 ohm or lower resistance atty and go up to 4.5+ volts on my device.

In plain english, try the clearo again with your device set to 3.7 volts. Hope that this post made sense.

Maybe either the clearo or the battery are shorting out if screwed on hard, this sometimes happens. You need a multimeter to investigate further.

One fix is to use a solid 510-to-510 adapter between the two, it's probably a good idea to use one most of the time anyway - it stops liquid getting down into the ecig, it stops thread wear on the ecig, and it means that the battery end is always connected with the perfect amount of tension. Screw the head (the clearo etc.) on and off the connector, and leave that on the ecig or APV.

Could the center pin on the twist be too far down from the ViVi as it has been reported they are shipping with a longer center post and it pushes the pin in the twist down and it sticks.

If the Vivi still works yet the others don't that pin may be stuck. There are some videos and I've linked one from another thread(s) earlier I could find but turn battery off and delicately pry with a small flathead screwdriver or something the pin up just a bit.

If you feel this might be the case I can find the video for ya or use the meter and you'll know :)

Cheers and hope it works out for ya!
