You sure can, do a youtube search for it to see how to set it up. Basically you take a peice of 3mm silica wick and double it at the top wrap your coil around the doubled peice and trim it down to fit about 1/3 of the way in the tank. Hope this helps ya out.

ok, ill check. will report back later. thank you

i tried it as on my AGA T2 with a single 3mm silica wick 3/4 way down into the tank with a small 1cm or so piece of stainless mesh wrapped around the top where the coil will wrap around, worked wonders :)

Do you still have to wrap the silica wick with the mesh where the coil is going to be wrapped on? or can it just be the coil on the silica wick?

It can just be wrapped around the wick without mesh if you like.

I`m just having a try with an Ekowool (basically braided silica wick) "U" wick in the AGA-T2, working well so far but I`ve only just rigged it half a tank ago so too early to compare with the many other set-ups I`ve tried.
One thing though, it does seem to keep the coils at the top of the wick better fed with juice and stop them drying out faster than the lower coils.
Simple to do :)

Here's my set of tips to start you off on the AGA-T2, based mostly on my own experience:
-Try to aim for 4 wraps of kanthal to 2ohms
-leave out the 2 other screws from the top, helps improve flavor
-silica wick works well, especially inside stainless steel mesh it gives a great flavor
-try to open up your air hole a little by either a tiny press drill or a corkscrew

Once you get the hang of working out hotspots try thicker kanthal and make 6 wraps. You just have to make sure your wick can keep up and it will taste really good. If you're going for silica wick, look up some tips for high-end RBA wick building. They aim to maximize the flavor by wick building from what I heard.
