As long as you do not build a coil below the lowest resistance level that the device can fire you're good to go.
I only wanna build maybe 0.2 up to 0.5 just standard builds to save money on coils never built before but been reading up on it for the past few months and think I understand most if it just wondering if the 0.2 build will be at its best around 80 w

Standard explanation I tell anyone getting into rebuilding, don't jump off the cliff to the deep water below head first. Start at a higher resistance to practice, then after a couple weeks take a step down, going down gradually. Never know if a wire connection becomes loose, a hard short, errant short, or any other number of factors, this learning stage helps you troubleshoot any potential iteration of Murphy's Law. 0.8 to 0.5 is generally pretty safe learning territory, also the Coolfire is a regulated mod, unlike a mechanical where the coil is your output throttle, regulated you can build higher and get better performance, unless on a mech, the days of the lower you build the better the performance do not apply as much anymore.

Building to low is wrestling with a large fire breathing dragon, not done properly or safely, you will get burned or have a close call.

would you recommend? Sommat like 28g kanthal 3mm with maybe 5 wraps dual coil? I'm.not really bothers about huge builds and massive clouds just after money saving and flavour, id be happy knowing 2 or 3 different ohm builds just basic and easy

One last thing, once you've built your coil and its ready to go, how do you know what watts to use it on? I don't wanna build a 0.2 and it wont fire properly untill its like 70w
That's more a matter of preference.
Personally I like a cooler vapes, (@ .2 ohms) I start out around 45-50w then increase until I get good flavor, not too hot, and the juice keeps up with wicking.
Make sure your coils are firing evenly from the inside out before wicking and juicing.
