I have not run into something getting worse with time but just wondering.

I am thinking about having juices around longer than I have in the past. When I have had some that are many months old I have found I have liked them all better. Some I hated in the first month where great in the forth month. Ones I have liked out of the box seem better in the second month.

Big bottles seem to me (nothing scientific here just feels this way) to take longer for it to get better.

I am thinking about trying to deliberately get to where I have 4 month and older juice.

I have been bad about saving bottles. I think I want to go get the smallest and largest bottles of all that I have liked and start moving liquid from the large bottle to the small bottle. I would be vaping out of the small bottles and letting the biggest bottles I can get age.

I hate that sometimes my favorite flavors get muted from over use. I have had batches run a little muted from time to time however. I usually find one or two I love and over chain them all day every day sometimes for a year or more. I notice not getting the same flavor out of them until I switch to something else and then go back.

Probably depends on how many of the components that make the flavour are volatile. Heard from the grapevin that flavours composed for dairy products are formulated differently than flavours made for use in bakery products. Makes sense - dairy products are kept in a cooling chain ( they better, to keep the salmonella at bay ), making cakes and cookies needs stuff that's stable at high temperatures...

Thanks,

Maybe my plan of getting huge bottles and aging them is not so good.

You could use glass bottles and when they reach the stage where you really like the flavor just move them to the refrigerator.

30ml is 1 ounce or so.

And the two ounce (amber - 50ml is 1.7 ounces or so)

And the four ounce (cobalt) = 120ml
