Can one be a Tootle Puffer and a Cloud Chaser?

So strictly High Ohm and Low Watts defines a Tootle Puffer and I was thinking it had to do with the size of the Vapor Cloud.
Well even with my nautilus Mini at 1.6Ω and 10.5 Watts I still hear complaints about the vapor when I exhale so isn't the cloud also a consideration?
where is the satisfaction in that, like drinking non alcoholic beerhigh ohms above 1.0 and low watts below 20
I checked that dictionary for womper figuring if they had tootle, why not? I was not pleased with the definition.
I tootle puff 18mg juice when I chain vape, for example walking all the way to the train on my way to work. I don't the have the time to stop and drip then. But I do use my cloud beast at times then too. When I'm on the train platform, it's illegal to vape. My tootle puffer gives me that hard hit of 18mg with not too much vapor so I can take a drag and hold in the vapor until nothing will visibly come out of my mouth. The same goes for the train and bus (bathroom etc.) on a long (or short) ride but I will not suggest you do something illegal Many times I use the tootle puffer when first waking up because too much vapor will be too strong in the morning.
I cloud chase (drip) when I go for a smoke after work or any other time and when home especially. As long as I'm not on the go.

Just throwing this out there because i love my clouds and it offers a great vape. GeekVape Griffin 25 Plus. Best tank EVER (yes it is my opinion and some others but it is FANTASTIC if you love RDA's and the only reason you tootle is because you cant be hassled by having to drop juice in this would be your solution) 18.9mm build deck velocity styled great juice flow easy to wick very similar to wicking an RDA
I would love this tank because I love building on my authentic Velocity. Can you have say a .2 build with no problem with this tank? I just looked it over online and it seems impressive.

the post holes are huge, you can run just about anything on it 
I'll just join the crowd and say you can do whatever keeps you off cigarettes, from stealth vaping to chucking ginormous clouds.

Well Ohms is of little consequence

So this is the best modern rebuildable tank on the market? Seems so. How much do they sell them in the vape shops?
I have predicted for quite sometime especially since they made the change in wicking that the Griffin 25+ will be the Kayfun of Sub-Ohm vaping, In my OPINION it is vaping nirvana, mod be damned it is fantastic never a dry hit!
