Can pure vanilla extract be used to make juice?

Just curious really. Its 35% alcohol, water and vanilla. If the alcohol is evaporated would it work? I read this article on vanilla and it made me wonder. If youve done it what % do you add to your mixture?

It can. There is a concern with the fats from the bean flesh gunking a coil and it will be a generally weaker flavoring than some expect.

I use clear artificial vanilla in one recipe and it's a very minor part of the taste, but the greatest quantity of any flavoring put in the recipe.
