6992 kilometers from home...
Meanwhile, a young man gazes wistfully into the night sky, his eyes tracking the movement of a lone cloud as it drifts across the sullen face of a waxing moon. Silently, he makes a promise: Someday I will make the cut. I'll get us out of this filthy, run-down neighborhood. I swear I will.

He'll be the first in the family to make it to the cloud circuit...

This (plus less flavour and less nic, so... less for more).

Am I missing something? The "dripping" lines I've tried generally have more flavor put into them due to the high-VG and really airy draws.

Totally agree. If I am buying e-liquid for $30 for 30ml, I'm getting it at the highest nic level possible and lowering the strength myself.

Yes I know I'm changing the finely researched flavor balance and adjusting the parameters of the flavor nuances, but get off my lawn as well.

There's nothing wrong with doing whatever you want to with whatever you buy, and I'm a big fan of tweaking things to your liking (except for when people put ketchup on hot dogs or sausages, that is just wrong), and nicotine is generally one of if not the most expensive ingredient in an eliquid, but why would you do this? You could add PG, or add VG, but then you're just diluting the flavor of something you where you generally paid for the flavor to be balanced at that ratio.

I dunno, I feel like I'm missing something.

That's interesting, I wish that guy would have just told me that about the "drip line" being high in vg. I would have bought it for sure, because when I chain vape I want something smooth and cloudy which tends to be the high vg liquids I have.
I agree they run out of flavor pretty quickly, maybe I will try the distilled water and see if that helps too. I've never actually thought of that!

Yeah, go for it; if anything it can be more flavorful if high-VG is your thing. These are usually 70-80%+ VG, and usually more flavor than you'd get by asking for their normal eliquid in a different ratio. It's sometimes more expensive, but that's just marketing.

Usually when you can specify what PG/VG ratio you want they are generally using the same amount of flavoring and adjusting the PG/VG in their calculator app, so if you liked their cinnamon flavor at 80/20 you might find it kind of weak and muted at 20/80. Flavor shots & such are a way around that, but not everyone does it and frankly it's confusing as hell to most people.

They compensate for the higher VG in their flavor ratio, plus extra due to people getting very airy draws from the new $70 uber-tanks and $300 mechanical mods they're pushing on soccer moms and freshmen who've seen youtubes of vapor chuckers, and want the RDA/RBA experience packaged up like an iPhone app.

Higher-nic levels not being in demand in shops like this is because like an RBA/RDA, nic hits *hard* when you're vaping 1ml of it in one pull, even if you're exhaling 75% of what you just vaped up.

It was an extreme example my inebriated bat-mask tooth-brushing friend. I only really do something like this with one liquid that I buy (in fact I only buy one 'premium' liquid with any regularity)

I did however, used to do this regularly when I bought from MBV. They sell little bottles of their flavoring, so you could add 236ml of VG to a 236ml of 36mg liquid, add in 15ml of flavoring and voila - 487ml of e-liquid for about $43 that was pretty darn close to the original flavor.

I think it might be my inner Scottish ancestors coming to the fore*

I suppose the upshot is to understand that you have total control of your vaping experience, from the choice of device and topper, all the way through to the strength and flavor of the overpriced over-hyped latest, greatest e-liquid.

Oh, that's clever and frugal! I look forward to telling it to others while presenting it as my original idea.

I have only been in two B&M shops but both of them made me feel like an expert of vaping and that is just not true. Your going to get your best recommendations and help from ecf. No doubt about it. Just reading the new posts, I can't tell you how much I have learned. I do not use 100% vg but I do know if you are having an issue with your atomizer that you can thin the liquid down with distilled water or PGA. Good luck to you and I'm glad you are a part of ecf.

Very true! I was vaping for about 2 months before I even stepped foot into a B&M, and i still don't go to them much at all, as the prices at Internet shops tend to be better. I was very lucky to find ECF very early into vaping, but then I tend to research the heck out of stuff before jumping too far into it.

Great idea! White Out from MBV is my favorite flavor, so much so that just I got a bit into DIY specifically to make it. Bought a bunch of White Out flavoring, VG, and 100mg VG nic juice recently (love holiday sales!) so that I can make my own.
