Are you looking for someone to photoshop that?

If so, I can't, but I can tell you one problem you are going to have. That picture is wider than it is tall. The Chucks are taller than wide.
The size for a pic for a Little Chuck is 2.8" x 3"
For a big Chuck, it's 2.8" x 4.4/4.5"

If you wrap it sideways, the treetops are going to almost touch their own roots where the seam is. It should work if you chop off one tree.

BTW, that's a gorgeous picture.

The original image is wider than high. A regular Chuck is quite a bit taller than wide and a little Chuck is slightly taller than wide. I cropped the sides and then made the new seam area more seamless. (Keep in mind that there WILL be a seam but that by making the image seamless it'll blend better and hopefully not be as noticable)

Here's what the seam area looks like:

You should probably ask Jeff to put the button on the seam (unless you want it in the middle of her forehead.)

And why wouldn't you want it there? Actually Jeff may rotate it so it's neither! I don't recall ever seeing a Chuck where he's put the seam at the button location. Personally I think it's the ideal place for the seam but then maybe there's a reason for it NOT being there? Maybe it depends upon how you hold your Chuck? IMO the seam is best on the side where your thumb is (overall less skin contact with the thumb side?). Though regardless of that, when set down on a table doesn't it tend to roll until the button stops it? If so that means the button (and therefore seam) are less visible.

The seam on my chuck wasn't that clean that I would want it under the button. There is a very minor gap in the bottom half (only about 1/32" wide). I'm not complaining, he did an awesome job with the graphic I gave him (before I really understood how the whole thing worked), and I am very happy with the end result but I wouldn't want that gap on the "front" of my chuck.

He said he can't use that image because she will have the button in her forhead

That's sorta what I figured since I've not seen him put the seam on the button side. Wonder why it couldn't be done though? As long as the customer is aware of where the seam is (and I'd bet some of them aren't even when it's opposite the button!). I don't know if his application process prevents it or it's just Jeff's personal preference.

If you're dead set on that image you might talk to Jeff about it. Maybe he'd be willing to do it just this once?!?!

honestly, I'm so annoying I'm suprised he is even still making it lol. Have changed my mind like 20 thousand times, but that is the image I liked the most. I hope he can do it like in the image that u did. That would be absolutely PERFECT :D

in the pic u posted I didn't really see the seam??
