CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE HELL coenzymeQ10 B Y DEKANG IS??

I recently received a large order of dekang liquid and contained within it i found the flavor coenzymeQ10. I'm afraid to try it but i'd love if someone could educate me on what this is supposed to be. I know DK juices are not popular here already, hence my aversion to trying it to find out. Any help is appreciated. Thanks ECF!!!!!
