Can the UltraFire WF-139 charge 3.0v batteries?

Anyone have the UltraFire WF-139 battery charger?

Is it ok to use to charge 3.0V batteries? It only says 3.7V on the charger, so I'm not sure if it's ok to use or not. I thought when I bought it the website said it was ok to use for both 3.0 and 3.7.

no website says its ok to use on 3.6/3.7V batteries.

don't use it on 3.0V
