Can this count as a "mod" ? Mix and match with carts and batteries.

I was going to say it's my first mode.. but I don't know if it counts... it was so simple. I got an adapter and hooked a Vapor 4 Life battery in to my 510T cartomizer and.... oh my. This is perfect. Even a short draw gives me a lot of vapor! --and this is from the "short" battery. I may go back for more...

I just got a whole buch of toys in the mail today and it's like christmas in here!

If "mod" means putting things together not normally found together I think it counts.

Anyway, I just wanted to share how well this worked out!

(I've been looking for the way to get the best performance from an analog cig-sized unit.)

Well, I suppose you've modified a VFL batt to fit a 510 carto, so... I suppose technically. I wouldn't go bragging in the mods forum just yet, though. :)

I know what you mean, though. I have an adapter to fit my old RN4081 cartos to my Riva 510 batts and it's a very nice combination. Smoother than a 510 LR carto, and stronger than a 510 SR.

I think we all get creative when we modify some of our PV's and such . Just got an Orion today , it has a built in tip , and comes as the top cap of the genisis mod . I took a map tank , I wasn't using (5Ml . And replaced the small tube with the larger map tube . Now I can use my own drip tips , as a tank mod , or even use it for just a dripping atty . So pretty much anything we change is technically a mod , and it suits our purpose , but it's probably already been done before .

Depends who you are talking to and what kind of mod. Some consider only hand-made modifications or handmade ecigs to be mods. Some consider any ecig with removable industrial batteries to be a mod (they looks like AA batteries and other sizes but are protected Lithium Ion batteries).

V4L batteries are nice. I like the long safety cutoff. Did you get the manuals? Manuals make it easier to get a good hit. And the 3.7v of the V4L batteries is a nice warmth boost to any slim 510 stuff. Try the Bloogplanet or SmokelessImage cartomizers on the battery too. They are nice bottom coils - I use juices with 20% or less VG in them.

1ml stuffing cartos - Just pop the top, hold tissue on the threaded end hole, tilt and drip 18 drops down the inner wall, wait 20 seconds, drip 3-6 more - whatever it will soak in easily. Clean up (I also tilt open end down into a tissue and puff into threaded end and if you see too much wetness at top of stuffing, touch soft tissue to it). Then lay on different side for 15-20 minutes to make sure every it of stuffing is wet (initial fill only). After that just keep the carto damp to avoid singeing.
