Hi. This is one of those things that probably vex quite a few people. Too many different choices, and matching like parts. That site seems to describe things better than many I've seen, though.

Looks like a standard cart. You can always refill carts, but the filling will degrade with use. Check out the cartridge refilling sticky for some ideas on getting more use from the more durable part of the carts.

2) It says for "for CONE eGoMega Atomizer" - if I am getting an Ego, do I need to buy a Mega atomizer to use these cartridges?

You need the eGo mega cone atomizer. Look at this page. The megas have a cone and a cylinder variation, and each have a matched atomizer/cart pair. There are a couple of variations of each type of cart, for color.

3) Out of curiosity, whats the difference between "cone" and "cylinder"? (Cylinder here - https://www.cignot.com/product_p/ego-mct-alb.htm)

Thank u very much! Please try to answer all 3 questions...it will make better sense in my head if u do :)

Check out the pic on this page. It shows a standard eGo, an egomega cone, and an egomega cylinder. Notice that the carts for each are different shapes and sizes.

Hope this helps. :)

There are different diameters of Ego atomizers - some are as fat as the battery all the way up (like a cylinder) and take fatter cartridges. Some taper like a cone and take smaller cartridges. In addition, some are Ego-T atomizers (A small tube or B wide tube) and those don't take cartridges at all - they take Ego-T tanks, small ones on A, small or large on B.

And on top of that, most people, other than brand new vapers, don't use cartridges at all. Then use cartomizers for everyday vaping, and use a normal 510 atomizer and 510 drip tip (or 306 atomizer and 306 drip tip) to test juices or vape occasional or thick juices at home.
