I love MadVapes e-juice, but I've run into issues where some of the thicker or sweeter juice clogs my cartomizers, either from the sugar carmelizing or just a VG issue. I've even ran into the issue using the V4L tanks and cartos, where after a day or so, I'll end up with a dark brown/black juice gumming up a cartomizer. Red Velvet Cake clogged a cart in one filling, while Caramel Apple ruined one after about 3 refills.

I just got a V4L Dial-A-Volt, so I was wondering if there was a voltage setting I could use that might prevent clogging? I'm not sure if heat from the carto is what's causing the issue, but I don't want to toss the bottles if there's something I can do to get it to work. Before they clogged, the juices were quite tasty!

No, it's not going to make a difference in clogging based on how hot you vape. You'll want to tune the voltage to what gives you the most satisfying vape, but whether it's hot or cool you're carto will clog at the same rate. I mainly drip onto atomizers so the sweeter, high vg juiced just mean I'll have to clean it sooner. When I do use a carto, I stick to clear, high pg menthols. The color and clarity of your juice will have a bigger impact on clogging then the vg content from my experience

I wouldn't pay that much for those anyway. It's just a knock off twist with 808 threading. Nhaler sells the same thing for cheaper, with a charger and clearo with 3 heads for 28 bucks (650 mah). Have you been using 808 threaded devices.

When I bought mine a couple weeks ago the 1300-mAh Revolver was the same price. I'm pretty sure the NHaler is a Spinner. Judging by the 1300-mAh and the 15-mm diameter.

To the OP, some juices just clog things, nothing voltage wise can fix it, in fact higher voltage just gives you a nasty hit. I clean early and clean often with the cartos. Some of the juice I have I pretty much need to clean a clearo everytime I refill it. With the replaceable heads I just drop the head in isopropyl and soak it a few hours.
