Can Vaping Too Much Cause You To Drown?

I noticed one of the ingredients in my disposable e-cigs is water! Can a person who vapes too much build up water in the lungs and drown?

I would have to think you'd die of nic overdose before you would drown! Lmao! Given that even the heaviest vaper would go through likely no more than 5ml per day!
