Can we talk cartomizers?

Ok so I'm hooked on the carto tank. Been using it for about 6 months now. Couldn't get me back on a clearo if you paid me.
The only wrinkle I'm running into now, is a lot of sites I usually order from are sold out of the replacement cartomizers!

I just nervously ordered from a vendor I haven't done business with yet just to get the 2-hole, 2 ohm flanged, punched cartos I'm used to getting elsewhere. I'm not even sure what brand they are! I'm used to getting the Smoktech, and I'm only guessing that based on the overall description that's what brand I'm getting... but who knows?

I'm using a 6ml tank with a 45mm XL flanged 2.0 ohm carto pre-punched with 2 holes. That seems to be the best overall combination for my juice/device needs.

I guess my general question is who's using something similar, what brand are you using and where are you getting them?

Smoktek has them, I have never done business with them, but I believe they are reputable. Smoktek.com is a vendor, and is not Smoktech the manufacturer, kind of confusing.

I just use Boge 2 ohm XL single coil, no flange and punch them myself, you can get really good bulk deals on these, I paid about $1.04 a carto including shipping.

If you post the vendor you are uncertain about, I am sure that someone who has done business with them will chime in with their experience. Good luck in your search.

That's the site I ordered from. They call it the "SmokTank" which just looks like a Smoktech DCT, so I figured the cartos were the same, or at least close.

I too have been having a hard time finding 2 hole 2ohm Boges. Saw this thread and was going to order from them. Then I saw the wait time and the ridiculous $1 handling fee. That last one just annoyed me. I'll just hit my B&M monday.

I use Smoktech single coil XL 2-hole punched in most of my tanks. I usually get them from Smoktek, but I've also bought them from IBTanked (they might be listed as "Smok" on that site). I've gotten them other places as well, but I'm not remembering names. I'm always looking for a sale.

It's a one man shop I believe, and I think, but I could be wrong, that the $1 fee goes to the outside company that does all the webstore transactions for him. It's one of those deals where it makes sense for a $100 buy (1%), but not a box or two or cartos (10%).

I have used both Smok and Boges, but not really happy with either of them. I recently purchased Ikenvape 510 Mega Fusion, LR Punch, which I haven't had a chance to try yet. Ikenvape is highly recommended by lots of people here. They are often out of stock, so you need to buy a bunch when you see them.

The best carto's in my opinion for a Provari (or VV system) are the following: XL (for 6ml tanks) dual coil, TWO HOLE (caps to stress importance) punched, flanged, 1.5 ohm. I run them on 6ml U-DCT tank (leave off the bottom ring on a Provari so it can breath).

I've tried the 3 hole and and single hole punched tanks - not as good. The 3 hole let too much juice in at times and the single can dry out. 2 holes is perfect. The tank is solid and the flange at the bottom locks it in place. It makes it so durable, that I even fall asleep with it in bed and have rolled over on it and nothing leaks. Great vapor production with dual coils and great taste. SmokTech makes a great product. MtBakervapor has great deals and service too.
