Honestly, carrying liquids in your luggage is just a bad idea; you'd be better off having it shipped to them.

Yes, you can. I have multiple times. I recommend sealing it very, very securely. Double trash bags or some such in an airtight container. The luggage bay is often unpressurized (at least less so than the main cabin) and you don't want that popping open in your suitcase.
You may want to check laws in your destination country though. Brazil, for instance, has banned e-cigs for sale and import but I believe you can still bring your personal vaping gear.

Ive taken juice in my checked luggage all over the world. I generally go for 30 to 60 days at a time so I pack enough to last. Worst case scenario if its not allowed put it in a shampoo bottle peach juice smells like peach shampoo. put a couple of egos in with some highlighters sharpys and pens. Its not like your smuggling drugs worst that will happen is your stuff get confiscate. But Most countries its legal so no issues.
Where are you going to? I'm going to Croatia soon, and e-juice is cheaper, so I'm going to do it in reverse.
I have taken bottle back from Germany many times no problem. Make sure your juice is in a bottle that is sealed and in check bag. As for on plane 30ml bottles and mod with tanks both detached in carry on should be fine I travel a lot in the states with 30ml bottles and mods no problem.
I used to work for an airline, and I give my flying friends this advice, about luggage:
Stand 6 feet from a brick wall, then throw your luggage at it, forward, as hard as you can. If it survives that, it'll make it through the baggage handlers.
Otherwise, ship it.

I work in aviation, and we don't call baggage handlers "bag smashers" for nothing.
