my other thread went dead. now I have a real issue. the ring to open the holes has seized. I would need a pipe wrench which will damage it further. I am not sure how I can get it free. if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

this thing had it's issues of design to begin with but I dealt with it. since it vapes so good and is my first clearo that does not leak a drop. now I have a real problem. I hate to buy another since this thing is far from perfect to begin with.

I am guessing someone here has my answer. many of you are very industrious.

fixed. seems I did not really understand how this works. I had the base on much too tight. now the ring turns like hot butter. I was used to tight=no leaks. it is plenty loose and does not leak a drop still. now I have to rethink this whole thing. this might be the best clearo to date. the coils are terrific. it will put almost any rba to the test imo. it is alright no one commented I know this particular sub forum is slow. most of you guys are on rba/rda but I would give this a try. never know for what reason you might need it.

I do not have the version2 so I would have been only guessing to answer your question. I highly doubt the V2 is a very big seller. I use my V1's but I have much better tanks. As for rebuildables, I rebuild all the stock coils so all tanks are rebuildables in my world. CHEERS!

I've actually been using my Atlantis 2 over my Triton becasue of all the leaking issues. I just broke my A2 this morning so now I'm back to the Triton. Fortunately I ordered the T2 last Friday, so it should be here by the end of the week.

TBH, Aspire releases tanks so fast, I'm not sure many even bother to keep up.

Almost all leaks in my Triton V1 comes when I fill it too full. That and centre o-ring has a habit of falling out. I had an Atlantis V1 but gave it away and missed it so much I bought the V2. Atlantis V2 seems to be goof proof for me. I like it and has not leaked the times I have used it. I am very careful the tanks I buy as I want tanks that take coils I already own. That way I always will/do have coils for them. I do have two Hercules V1 tanks and no plans on the V2 because it takes different coils again. I don't like using rebuildable coils as they do not vape as good/long as rebuilding the stock vertical coils do. I do buy the original tanks then I buy the clone for parts. Got my Triton clone for $12 from Fasttech and it vapes as well as the original. This way I have a rebuilding deck always on hand with no juice in it for testing. I do all this because at best the vaping industry will get hit with high taxes so governments can keep their cash flow going. If/when it all goes down I am ready for whatever. CHEERS!

that's odd. as I said elsewhere this is my first clearo ever that does not leak a drop. I have had many. I thought for sure when I loosened it up it would leak. nope. this thing is kind of a pita but I feel it is the best clearo yet for other reasons. I am sorry. I am disabled and cannot rebuild. I am just lucky these exist. I really hope the gov does not spoil our party. now all I can do is wait with the rest of you. we said our piece now they will make their decision. unless there is some class action in supreme court it is up to them now. I do not care if the price goes way up I just hope they do not take flavors etc off the market. to be honest tax within reason would be fair. we had a good ride with no tax so far. if they do like Chicago I will be upset but not over. can you imagine if they impose a federal tax plus Chicago tax? you can keep that city. I can say that because I lived there for 48 years. the bad neighborhoods you get killed. the good neighborhoods a nice home is like 5 million plus. as I said you can keep it. where I live now 5 million will buy you a fancy home on 2000 acres. that is not a typo. it takes me 20 minutes to drive to my closest neighbor. much happier now. of course not for everyone.

thank you. because the vape is so good. strange since they all use the same coils.
I overcame both problems. making things too tight. habit of mine. the ring was fixed per above post of mine. then just do not screw on the drip cap(chuff?0 very tight. used this way It is fine. my fault entirely. I still do not like that you have to remove the cap(chuff?).. not a huge issue since it also seems to consume less juice. it's good. now it is better. I am an idiot about proper mechanics. sheared off a bolt more than a few times too. I thought for sure it would leak loose but not a drop.

Those who are stocking up now are smart. As soon as negative news hits, to whatever degree, demand and prices could go way up.

This could be a Kangaroo Court, decided 4 years ago.

Imho, big tobacco would rather see vaping gone, but a close second would be a monopoly on the e liquid biz. They can afford FDA testing. And they will not name juices things like Unicorn Piss. Try getting that past the 65 year old crowd in DC, FDA included.

Glad you fixed it. I'm trying out a new triton mini a friend here gave me right now and loving it, the top refill is awesome. No leaks anywhere so far.
