Can you make a dripping atty from an evod/protank?

I've just started making diy juice and I was wondering if I could "repurpose" an old evod tank into a dripping atomizer. (I've never dripped before so forgive me if I'm way off with this.)

Wouldn't removing the wick from the coil and then dripping down the air vent be the same thing as a bridgeless atomizer or is there something I'm missing?

Well, you'd be missing a wick, which drippers have, they're just small. And I'm not entirely sure if the path is clear from the drip tip to the coil, but if it is I can't see why it wouldn't work

I guess I could put a bit of cotton in the coil to keep the juice from getting on the battery. The path from tip to coil *is* clear, so that's a good thing.

I'm just trying to think of an easy way to test these concoctions that I'll be making. I'll probably get a couple of honest to goodness attys soon…just trying to find an easy route.

Thanks for that. What I ended up doing was reusing the coil that was on there and running some cotton through it. Much less material so it only gets a vape or three but the involvement level was minimal.

Thanks for all the help you guys. I'll probably get some cheap dripping attys soon. It just seems like it'd be a lot easier.

I guess it's possible just why? Lol, Definitely something to try but you could go down the traditional road and get a good dripper that will kick ... and take names.

TheReign, how complex is something like that to use/maintain? I'm just now rewicking Evod coils…
