Can you mod name brand e-cigs?

I have V2cigs as my start off and I love it as my starting cigs just to look discreet in places. But just doing a little research and correct me if I'm wrong but if the threading is the same as the brands below as stated on their website. Then I can like use different atomizers (such as a KR808) on a V2cig battery? I want to add a KR808 dual coil tank or some type of tank system later on when I get to lazy to fill up cartos all the time.

Of course you can As long as the thread is correct and the ohm is correct. I think off the top of my head 2.6 - 2.8 ohm. So any cartomizer, atomizer, tank etc. within that range and kr808 thread will work.
