Please be careful with essential oils! I am no expert but have dabbled with a few essential oils for candle making and some should be used with caution.
Before you vape anything do some research first and read all you can before you start inhaling it. I know peppermint oil is one to be careful of - too much can harm your kidneys.
Eucalyptus oil is marked on the bottle as a "poison". I suppose a little inhalation here and there might not hurt but long term use I would imagine could be dangerous.

It is true oils will decrease the life of your atty, but if you use no more than a couple of drops to 10ml you will be fine. I use clove, pepermint and spermint at no more than 4 drops maximum to 10ml. The oils are quite strong and do not require alot. I have read other peoples account that put 15% or 20% oils in and it immediately killed their atty. At 4 drops to 10ml you are talking about a concentration of approx .01%. Oils are not for everyone, less is more IMO. I have not had any premature atty failures from using this low amount, or any health issues for that matter. I have been vaping for 6 months+ and like clove every now and then. I dedicate one atty primarily for the oil I am going to use as they tend to stick in the atty and dont want to leave. I would try a drop or two and see how the flavor is, start small and find the amount you like. There are many of us that vape oils and there are many that advocate against it. The choice of course is up to you.
BTW I have started using cartomizers and at 1.59 a piece, they have become my atty of choice. I usually buy 25 at a time since they come in 5 packs for as low as 7.95 you cant beat them.
Hope this helps
Dan

You have to be careful with the mints don't you? If I remember right from when I made my own bath salts peppermint can be an irritant but it smells sooo good.

OT Peppermint/grapefruit scent is the bomb.

I understand one property of flavoring w/ essential oils is the flavor is almost impossible to clean off atty.

Some of the highest reviewed premixed juice has the "dedicate an atty" recommendation.

What do you want to bet that some juice vendors also dabble w/ essential oils.

Maybe people are already vaping essential oils but don't know it?

Well, I personally don't vape e-oils, but maybe if they are all natural, than it should be okay (maybe). I feel I will only vape something I can tell people what's in it and it's safe. I mean we on the chopping block, what if someone gets seriously sick of even dies vaping something they wasn't suppose to than what?! Stick to vg-pg liquids..until we know more. All people are different though bodies react different, but what's good for one is not good for all.
