Canada shipping

Does anyone have a current list of suppliers who ship to Canada? I had an old list, but most of the links are dead. It would also be helpful if they can indicate shipping costs (avg.) and by what means (USPS, FEDEX etc.).

I have spent many an hour registering only to find out they won't ship north of the border. Also, on may occasions, they do ship, but you don't find out till the order is almost complete that they have a flat rate of $30-$40 dollars.

I tried compiling my own lists, but since my time to do this is limited and it can take quite a while to find shipping information (if any), my list is quite small.

Feel free to pm me if this is an object that should not be open to the public.

Check in the Canada forum. There's a sticky.

It's hard to keep prices and shipping cost data current for a list of suppliers, though, so don't expect that.
