Canadian Newb!... Starter equipment question!

Hi everyone, just wanted to say hi and to hopefully get some opinions...

i ordered a Joye 510-t today at the suggestion of a Toronto shop... Is that a good starter? What other accessories should I be on the look-out for? I did order a clearomizer... But is there anything else?

Hi there. That's a good starter, I did similar myself, next step would be an ego-c twist kit, and u well be able to use your other devices with it as well.

Make sure u drink lots of water, as Vapeing can dry u out.
Make sure u have at least 2 batteries.

Try smaller sample juices till u find a few u really like.

My advice would be, get back up to back up. Extra charger, battery and cleromizer. Extra heating coils if they are replaceable?
If it is not,, I suggest EVOD with extra heating coils.

Hi Craftlikemad and welcome to ECF from another Bramptonite! As already said, that is a good starter. What else did you get with it? I assume it is a kit, or is it just the battery? A link to the item would be great if you can. I also assume you are quitting to smoke.

I recommend that to start you have 2 batteries minimum so you can vape one while the other is charging. A couple of clearomizers (or some kind of juice delivery system) so you can have a couple of juices ready to vape alternately. If those clearos have replaceable heads, get 2 spares. Get an assortment of juice flavors in small sizes. I've been making my own juice now for a while now so I don't know who is good for this these days, but I'm sure someone else who knows better will help out. Suggest you get a flavor from each of tobacco, fruit, drink and dessert groups. You just don't know which are going to do it for you until you try one. Nicotine level determines throat hit. I suggest you start at 18 mg/ml and see how that goes. You can also buy one at 12 and one at 24 to try. If you didn't smoke much I would reduce those numbers.

Backups for all this gear will happen as you get into it.

Joye 510 T Starter Kit

This is the kit I ordered along with an Anyvape Clearomizer and three 10ml e juice at 12mg.... I bought a Blu starter kit while in the states last week with a few extra packs of cartridges (didn't realize two packs were 0mg - chalk that up to being a newbie! Lol)... By using the Blu, I have cut my analogue smoking down in half, with no major crankiness or .....iness! Going to continue to shave off a couple of smokes per day until my 510t kit comes and then (hopefully) no more analogues for me! Fingers crossed!
