Those are gnarly warning labels! If the US government was really concerned about it's citizens, they would make big tobacco use these here too! 8-o

Um, i think they did, or at least they are trying to. That new law that allows the FDA to have jurisdiction over tobacco also calls for larger warnings that will take up half the front of the pack. Tobacco companies are now sueing, saying that covering up that much of the pack limits how much they can communicate with their customers about what products are available.

I'm not certain if the warnings will be graphic though, i believe so. Certainly wouldn't put it past them; i mean, we've seen how effective this was in canada right? :rolleyes:

I don't hate the government its a necessary evil. What i do hate is that they don't give a **** about the people and are only there to get kickbacks and throwbacks and whatever other kind of backs they can get their greedy little fat fingers on. Ever look and see what kind of houses these douche bags live in or the kinds of cars they drive. Who cares if they give money to charity. Thats a scam as well. 99% of them could care less about the needs and well being of the people unless those people have more money than the other people they previously cared about.
