Canceling reviews?

So I have to say I am a bit POed. I took the time to submit 11 reviews yesterday on products I have purchased, and figured I would do some more tonight. But 8 of my reviews were cancelled? Seriously?

If Halo doesn't want to honor their points system, don't offer it. I seriously did not need to spend time to help promote their product only to be denied benefits that are offered for doing so.

I have to say that after having placed 3 decent sized orders over the last 2 weeks only to be pitched like this has irritated me to no end.

Seems like the issues I have read with their CS by many people may be true. This is disappointing, and I may take my business, and recommendations elsewhere.

by cancelling your reviews, they're doing you a favor..now you can go back and resubmit them (2 per day per the rules clearly stated on their site) for points.

they could have just posted them, not given you points for 9 of them, and then you'd really miss out.

I don't think anyone was trying to break the rules here (I know I wasn't), it's just a misunderstanding. It's not really posted in obvious place either (when I write reviews for things--and I do it all the time for different products, whether I'm getting points or not--I don't generally go looking the the FAQs first).

I was more interested in discovering that Halo had cancelled one review of mine that wasn't positive. While I love Halo products in general, I think the large cone is a total fail because the mini-tanks don't actually fit in the cone without taking a file to it first. My review was diplomatic, and was intended as a warning to people who might consider buying it. I'd be very curious to know why that review was cancelled.

The rules for reviewing products are posted in the very same place you learn about the option of being able to review. Very simple to find at the bottom of every page on the website where it says "Learn about Halo Points" They have also been posted in multiple places here on ECF as well as on each of our other social media outlets. As has been mentioned, just a misunderstanding and you are more than welcome to resubmit your reviews as per the rules.

The Large cone review was cancelled because the large cone is not made to fit the mini tanks, it is made for cartomizers. Therefor saying that it is a bad product because it doesn't work with something it is not made to work with is not an accurate review.

And I said, "ya gotta love intelligent women..." Not anything deeper resulting in tazeing.

Similar to Italian sports cars, Victoria's Secret models, and Halo females, We really don't have a shot in Hell. But we sure would give them quite a ride, if given the chance. It'd be the best 45 seconds of both lives...
