Candy Cane surprise

I bought some FSUSA Candy Cane juice a while back and put it away for steeping. I pulled it out today and filled up a carto. I was expecting a sweet-ish peppermint type of flavor. Instead, it is kinda like a mentholated cinnamon? Not what I was expecting at all.

I have FSUSA Peppermint and Fireball individually and to me the Candy Cane tastes like a combination of those 2 juices. Now I know that there are cinnamon candy canes out there but in my experience, which is quite a bit, candy canes taste like the round red and white peppermint candy. Another odd thing is that the juice is a slightly greenish yellow color.

Anyone else use the FSUSA Candy Cane juice and have a different experience? Reviews on the site and in the flavor review thread say that it is sweet and minty. That's not what this tastes like. I'm wondering if I got a bad bottle or if it was maybe mixed up and mislabeled.

If it matters, I am using a standard Ego and Boge 510 LR cartos. I tried this juice in 2 different cartos to make sure that the carto wasn't the issue. Same results in both.

The candy cane I got as a sample had sort of a cinnamon Minty flavor. It reminded me of big red gum, but that wasn't a bad thing! I really liked it. I'm still considering getting a bottle.

Yeah, that's what I thought about my sample bottle too. That's on my list to order. Hmm, any sales going on this weekend. I have an itchy trigger finger.

Hmmm, the candy cane I have is a pale yellow color and tastes like the old fashioned soft peppermint candy. I don't really pick up on a cinnamon flavor, but everybody can perceive different tastes from the same juice. Mine is really good - not an all-day vape for me personally, but a very good flavor nonetheless.

I got a sample of candy cane and thought the exact same thing!

I was a menthol smoker and I have said from my first taste of Candy Cane that it would be good for anyone looking for the menthol type of vape. Not too minty and not too sweet but just right. It has been my all day vape since it was put on the site. I rotate mostly between it and the Caramel Apple.
I do not get anything close to Fireball in it though. I taste Peppermint and just a touch of sweet.

I've been vaping the candy cane quite a bit lately and I really love it.. But I really don't get any taste of cinnamon with mine either. Just sweet peppermint.
