Cannot Create Signature on this site

I am trying to creat a signature with day counter for my posts. I have read other threads pertaining to this but there is no "edit signature" option under settings and options in control panel. any help please and thank you.

There should be a place on the left under Settings and Options (in CP)

It just appeared after I logged out and back in.... weird. Thank you

There have been problems with some of the counters. The counters are linked to the websites that they came from. The problem is probably with that website.
