Signature Banner Problem

I'm wanting to add a signature banner to my profile. I know how to get the code to cut and paste, however, when I go to my settings it does not give me the option to edit my signature. Can someone please help? Thanks

From the top right, click on "Settings", this will take you to your settings page in your UserCP. Look on the left frame block, down about 1/2 to 3/4 of the page down, under "Edit Avatar", you should see "Edit Signature". It does take a certain number of posts to "activate" that feature, just FYI.
