Can't Access PM Box

When I click on Private Messages at the top right of my screen it says that I'm not logged in and don't have permission to access the page. So I log in again and it says "Thank you for logging in DCrist721," but then it takes me back to the samepage where it says I'm not logged in.

I am having issues where threads are not updating and my subscriptions are not reflecting what I have read correctly. So maybe the site is having issues.

this is tied to a cache issue on your browser or are server try disabling the function or force a reload of all pages using shift F5 in Internet explore.
