I've decided to write this topic for those who've been searching for detailed information of how it feels to switch analogs to e-cig and haven't find proper information,
I've been smoking around 30-40 cigarettes every day for about 12-13 years, a hour without cigarette was a hell for me, well maybe not that bad, but i'm just saying that i was smoking a lot.
So i started vaping liquid with nicotine ( 18 mg ) about 3-4 days ago,
I have to say vaping nicotine liquid is not like smoking, the feeling is a lot like, but a little different at the throat, its not that heavy but its good enough ( maybe 24mg nicotine will do heavier throat hit ).
So yeah, you vape a little more than you usually smoke but you do feel that you are fine now, and you get over this "hunger" for the cigarette after vaping. It does remove that strange feeling in your stomach.
So yeah, replacing cigarettes with e-cig is pretty much easy.
I know its been only like 3-4 days, right now i smoke maybe 4-5 cigarettes a day , and that happens ONLY because my vaporizer is charging ( i have a bad one >.> ).
I already started to understand how disgusting cigarette is, i light it up and i feel all the chemicals, its horrible, disgusting. Also started to feel the smell from smokers near. Basically sense of smell is getting back to me.
The lessons i learn from that:
Get yourself a good mod so you have enough power to vape during the day ( regular vape pen with 1300 mAh is nothing, the battery dies after like 1/3 of the day, so when its charging you kinda start smoking again >.<,right now i am waiting for a better mod that should be fine )
If you are heavy smoker like me or worse, don't bother trying non-nicotine liquid, tried it, its fun but doesn't help at all, so if you have tried non-nicotine liquid and decided that e-cig won't help you, you are wrong. I've tried non-nicotine before i got my 18mg, its totally different feeling, so don't judge unless you get the nicotine liquid that fits your needs.
