Can't change avatar!!

I keep getting this error msg:

"Unable to move/copy file"

I have logged out and back in, cleared my cache, and am still having this problem... so now I am stuck with yesterday's avi... LOL!!

I just looked, and they have instructions here for just about everything BUT that... LOL!!

But what you need to do is go into your Settings... the tab is at the top of the page just next to where it says Log Out.
Then, on the left-hand side you will see a list of options/actions... look for the one that says Edit Avatar, and you're home free!!

IDK they were updating, but I rebooted and cleared everything again... still a no go!!

I still had plenty of room, but I cleared out a bunch of stuff anyway... IDK that every little smiley posted was stored there, too... LOL!! (and I use Photobucket for most of my attachments)


I guess it's true what my Momma said... that if you make a face, it will stay that way!!

Did you try both options to upload a pic? Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer should be working but they were having a lot of problems yesterday with pic's so maybe there is still a problem they haven't addressed yet.

I'm seeing the same error message when attempting to upload from computer. I haven't tried linking to an image hosting site because I don't store photos online.

Man, this is so weird! I kept getting the error but then it finally worked after about 8 attempts.

You might try another browser. After I got mine working, I messed with it again and I still got errors. So, I tried a later version portable Firefox (later than my current one) and the changes went in without problems. Might be the latest site changes have now limited older browsers.
