Can't contact electro vapors?

Whoa, why is this moved to negative reviews? I was having an issue contacting them, that's all. I was just coming here to tell everyone how Kat came through for me in a very short time, and offered me either replacement batteries of the same kind, or alternate batteries if I preferred. How can I have a negative opinion of a vendor that corrects the users issue in a quick, satisfactory way?

Sorry Kat, this was in no way meant to be negative. I asked for some help, then we got discussing different products

I started out dealing with EV and for the most part was great. They sold me some 'ego style' passthroughs last year and they sound like the same quality issues. They really did just fall apart!
I hope you can get warranty with that. I would suggest, as others have, to get your $ back and purchase a good product. (they refused to respond to me being unhappy about my batts, and I since moved on).

We have never refused to respond to someone - ever.

We do keep a record of all complaints and the resolutions. I don't have anything similar to what you're describing though.

As resellers - we do source out the best products we can find, special requests and new items - but we also recognize that there can and be issues and we have a policy of standing behind our customers when those issues occur.

If you have a copy of an email that you sent that we didn't respond to - please forward it to me. If you sent an email regarding an issue covered by warranty - that issue remains open until we resolve it. If we didn't receive the email - you can forward us a copy (with header, time and date stamp) and - of course we'll honor it.
