Can't Create a Topic

I use Tapatalk from my phone and iPod quite a bit to access the forums. I am wanting to create a new topic in the buying and selling part of the forum but it is saying I'm not allowed.

I want to know how I can create a new topic in that sub forum. I am approved to sell so I don't see why I can't start a new topic.

Because Tapatalk doesn't honor forum permissions, it's been turned off in certain parts of the forum. You'll need to use a "real" browser in order to list/post in the Classifieds.
