Madvapes sells the SmokTech glass tank.

Although it's not a true locking tank. The bottom cap has a slot so that the carto doesn't twist inside the tank, which makes it easier to screw on and off. But the carto doesn't actually lock into the tank, the tank can still fall off of the carto and spill juice everywhere if you aren't careful.
