Can't place order?

Where are you getting stuck, the system is running fine here, I can see your stuff in the shopping cart. I know that paypal is having issues at the moment, they went down a few minutes ago. We couldn't log on, then we could, then we couldn't, good times going on in the paypal server room I guess. It's a party we weren't invited to.

everytime I hit the submit order it says that email address alreary exsist. It very well could be me been having a bad day my 510 fell in a full bathtub and my usb charger died So plz let me know if it's something I'm not doing right the way my day is going very well prob is
