I think we should make the newbies wear "hello kitty" backpacks for their first year on ECF, and post a picture every month to prove compliance.
Then, they should get a minimum of 200 "likes" from the established members.
Once they have done that, they are eligible for initiation, which would happen in the middle of the night. We would tap them with an e-mail ("ECF - accept or decline") and they would have an hour to respond.
Initiates would have to go through the normal vetting process (think "Thank you Sir, may I have another").
Obviously, entrance to the Provarinatti, Reonauts, Nickoticket, etc. groups would have their own additional requirements (Family history going back 5 generations, blood tests, DNA samples, oaths of loyalty and secrecy, proof-of-purchase, credit check, 2000 green-stamps) to weed out the unworthy.
