Can't renew supporting membership

@Misty, my supporting membership has expired and I don't have an option to renew. Under account upgrades, it tells me that there are no upgrades available. Please help!

I checked and see that it expired Aug 24th.
We still don't have the new payment processor in place unfortunately, for you to renew.

Check your PM , please and I'll fix this up in the interim.

Mine is auto, so I'm thinking, "Yes."

Yes, on the date of renewal, you will be reverted to regular member automatically.
Pls PM me when that happens and I'll reset you manually until the new payment system is up and running.

This is an old thread but here goes: My supporting membership expires in a week. I can't find a 'place' to renew it. On my account page I only have this options - nothing about account upgrades. Last post above says "All fixed up!" huh? ECF did send me a reminder that it is expiring but no info how to renew.
