I have a 0.6Ω build in my IGO-W14 (IGO-W14 28.5mm RBA - Kidney Puncher) and Dynast 26650 Mechanical mod (http://trianglevape.com/dynast-26650-mechanical-mod/)but I can't seem to get much vapor out of it. I used 0.33mm A-Kanthal and wrapped it about 14 wraps around safety pin but it doesn't seem to get much vapor and the vapor which I get is pretty tasteful but it is not even warm, it feels neutral in my mouth. I have tasted others RDAs and they get much warmer vapor out of them. I use Original eVic battery 18650 Samsung 2600mAh and I don't know if that is my problem or is it my build? Wire? or what is it? I have followed tutorials and they are heating up decently but not quickly. I have squeezed them etc. and I have done wicking just like everybody does it. And I use 90% VG juice.

Throw that samsung battery in the trash...P. Mayhem is correct..they are not for mechs, and they suck for *a lot of regulated mods also*, if you're using higher voltages especially.
*Typical APV 3-15 Watt...probably won't work at all with a high wattage mod.*

I love the Taj Ji for 26650 mods. It is 30 mm...that link is broken for the mod......it's 30mm after google..

The asmodous is a clone of the taj ji...but it is more expensive.. Sold by an american company- MADE in China.lol. Probably bought it pre-fabricated from sigelei..worthless group over there..not cuz I have an IPV2 from a preorder or anything..lol

Pretty much any dripper has a 26650 version now a days... tobh, stillare...etc..

But your issues are all across the board.

Get Samsung 25r, Sony VTC 3, 4, or 5(they'll be back in full force soon), and/or LG HE2..... I only trust these cells. They're big name companies- I don't care about the batteries everyone is using from gotsmok/vapor shmoe's deals and "buy them from this link, and we get a cut" bs...passion.lol

I recommend 26-28awg for vaping above 15-20 Watts....I never use anything else... I know(edit-assuming, sorry..) English isn't your first language, but take a read through this....http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...cker-wires-actually-give-you-warmer-vape.html

To sum it up.. Calories are heat energy units...I have to wear 100- Calorie arc suits when working with substation equipment that is online/hot.. That means it will take about 418 Joules per cm^2(cm squared) to fully heat up/break down the suit I am wearing..

The kiwi breaks it down really well...

Also, take a look at this:

While he isn't someone to seek advice from for RBA's, he has put a lot of time into helping vapers understand and be safe while venturing into rather unknown territory to most. I think the motivation occured when he had a mechanical vent in his locker while working one day...thankfully no one was affected by it, except his pocket book, and now we have a very thorough guide for new vapers.

Again, I recommend 26-28awg kanthal.. I use 2-3mm inner diameters for my coils, and the wraps range...my 26awg builds typically have less wraps than my 28 awg coils.. I'm partial to my twisted and industrial pressed 26awg, and 28awg "parallel"/two wires not twisted together wrapped into one coil, at the moment though.

While the 26awg twisted wire is basically like using a 24awg wire, it functions much better for me...quicker response time, and the loosely twisted and pressed wire cools off faster than my "parallel" 28awg build..(0.32 Ohms 7wraps(really14 total coils, but only 7 rotations around the tool)... I've done this type of build the most out of anything else...very quick response and cool down.....blows those "cloud chasers" out of the water with their 22 awg 0.05 Ohm coils with this build on my IPV2, at 40.5-50 Watts..

Do you have an ohmmeter? It is very important. Even though I know what I'm looking for, an insulator could randomly fail(melt or whatever), causing a short. So it is always good to triple check everything...wick it up...and re-check/measure.

Quote my post if anything is confusing for you...and I will respond lightning fast...as long as I'm not actually working at work.;)

That's fine...and I'm sorry..so busy all this week..phone makes it easy to access when the random reprieve occurs..should've occurred to me about 0.33mm kanthal..duh

I recommend just experimenting, and gradually decrease resistance.. You'll find a "sweet spot."

I advise not building below 0.14 Ohm with this battery, and do not just jump straight into that build.

No..but yes.;) You use multiple coils...I don't have 25 Awg in my app, but look at the steam engine link I sent.. Plug in electrical values, and does equations for you+ number of wraps needed for coils.

You do multiple coils...here's how I started with mechs.

0.6-1 ohm for single coils.. You need proper airflow for coils going lower in resistance..

But with the proper airflow dual, triple, and quad builds function great..I only have a gus estia I run in triple. A sigelei taj ji is the only dripper I use for quads..this same build, still going strong after how ever long ago I made the thread..

I don't have that atomizer, but this sigelei taj is my go to for my IPV2. .dual or quad.

I'm sure you're atomizer is perfect for low Ohm builds, but please, gradually build down..maybe 0.4 Ohm dual coil?

Get use to the heat... and are you 100% certain that is a Sony battery? 0.2 Ohms will give you 60 Watts at least for a few pulls..

It's not so much about the wattage. It's what you do with it, is what what counts.
::: Airflow, surface area, heat, wicking, liquid, and I've noticed flavoring plays a Pretty Big role in vapor production also..

You probably should get some good batteries. Those Samsung batteries are not good for mech mods. I think the max amp draw on it is 5A and you're pulling about 7A with that build.

Those batts are best for regulates. Try a PVTSO Elite IMR 26650 3500 mAh 48-50 amp and you should be happy. They are pretty inexpensive too.
