So, I've been using my liquinator tank with Boge cartos for a while. I don't know what people who have reported flooding of cartos are doing differently, but no matter how many cuts/holes I put through it, I still find myself needing to drip to keep the filler wet. I've cut 2 slots... I've cut 4 slots... low, high, and both. I've used a saddle valve and punched holes until it looked like a golf ball... still dries out. I'm tempted to cut one vertically all the way down the side until what I can guess to be about 1mm shy of the end of the filler inside.

My daily liquid is Volcano Menthol... 100% PG. It's not thick at all.

Anyone else have this issue?

Well I have just purchased a Volcano tank which is similar to the tank that you have, just one slot close to the bottom of the tank and I am good to go. The only thing I can think of is have you also filled the carto with juice so that you start out with a wet carto and full tank? I am new to tanks also so hope this will help ya. Oh yeah I am using 70/30 Pg/Vg from Kick Bass.

hmm, my first carto i got was already punched. i put it in and waited like 10 minutes and vaped away with no problems, it lasted me a week and a half til it died tonight. i punched my own for the first time tonight and did 2 smallish holes and waited a bit.... first hit was kinda burnt taste so i dripped about 10 drops into the top and its been going strong all night. i guess it needed a jump start.
