Can't send a PM

I have over 5 posts and still can't send a PM? I'm trying to get some juice from the classifieds. How can I fix this?

try quitting your browser, & then restarting it.

if that doesn't work, try deleting your cookies & cache.

do you have a windows or a mac? it's usually a matter of restarting your browser.
