how to send a PM?

so i have been wandering around this forum for a long time now but have now wanted to try and buy a few things possibly from the classifieds section but have no idea how to send a pm most of the time is really obvious but for some reason on this forum i can not find it and help?

After 10-15 posts, can't remember which you can click on the members name and you will get choices, one of which is ty pm them. Hope this helps. We can chat to get your post count up!

so basically i am encouraged to spam the boards to get extra options. BWHAHAHAHAHA well ill just have to get to the spamming but doing it creatively as to not make people mad lol "post 2"
